Situated near the attractive coastal town of Torre del Mar, on the less commercialised eastern part of the Costa del Sol, this is a recently build villa with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday and offering good value for money. Plenty of local amenities including an attractive 8 km long promenade with restaurants serving locally caught fish. Golf courses and a water park nearby, plus many other places of interest to visit; 12 km from Nerja, 30 km to Malaga city centre, 35 km from the Malaga AirPort , 100 km to Granada, 185 km to Gibraltar, many local bus services, car hire would be useful but not essential. Good selection of shops within walking distance. Finished to a high standard, other features include satellite TV, DVD/VCR, radio/tape/CD player, ironing facilities, washing machine, furnished terrace with great sea views, linen (not beach towels) included. Guests will find the villa ‘hotel clean’.

Changeover day

Normal changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible bearing in mind many flights are cheaper midweek.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (sleeps 4 adults and 1-2 children in 3rd bedroom)
Bathrooms:	2 Full bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub, toilet, washbasin, vanity mirror and cabinet with ample storage for toiletries, towels provided.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped kitchen including, electric fan oven and grill, 4 ring electrical hob, extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. Well equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Living Room:	Living/dining room with table and 8 chairs, sofa’s, 2 coffee tables, lamps, satelite TV-Radio (Satellite TV), heating, library.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All linen (except beach towels) included. Guests will always arrive to find the apartment ‘hotel clean’.

Notes on accommodation. The beach is just over the road walking down the hill for a few minutes. Quiet hill and very private environment – few neighbors. Only 6 villas in the vicinity of 300 m. Garage available.
