Situated in the attractive coastal town of Torre del Mar, on the less commercialised eastern part of the Costa del Sol, this is a recently refurbished apartment with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday and offering good value for money. Plenty of local amenities including an attractive 4km long promenade with restaurants serving locally caught fish. Golf courses and a water park nearby, plus many other places of interest to visit; 12 km from Nerja, 30 km to Malaga city centre, 35 km from the Malaga AirPort , 100 km to Granada, 185 km to Gibraltar, many local bus services, car hire would be useful but not essential. Good selection of shops within walking distance. Finished to a high standard, other features include satellite TV (incl. TV Vlaanderen, radio/tape/CD player, ironing facilities, washing machine, furnished balcony with great sea views, air conditioning/heating provision, linen (not beach towels) included. Guests will find the apartment ‘hotel clean’.

Changeover day

Normal changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible bearing in mind many flights are cheaper midweek.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	One double bedroom with king size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating unit, underbed storage.
Bathrooms:	Full bathroom, bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin, vanity mirror and cabinet with ample storage for toiletries, towels provided, washing machine.
Kitchen:	Full kitchen including, electric fan oven and grill, 4 ring electrical hob, extractor, fridge freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Well equipped with plenty of crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils
Living Room& Balcony	Living/dining room with table and 4 chairs, sofa, lamps, cable TV, heater.Terrace balcony 6m²: fabulous sea view from sunrise to sunset – 1 table with 2 chairs
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All linen (expect beach towels) included. Guests will always arrive to find the apartment ‘hotel clean’.

Notes on accommodation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized fridge-freezer, electric fan oven and grill, 4 ring electrical vitro, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. We provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and fold-away clothes dryer, which can be used on the balcony, there is also a large open-air drying area on the roof of the building with conventional washing lines. There is cable TV and a stereo system consisting of radio, tape player and CD player which plays proprietary CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs recorded with both audio tracks and MP3 files, plus MP3 player connection lead. Operating instructions are supplied for all appliances. The pool is open 15 June to 15 September, the wide beach is just over the road.
